Yes, the clerks are unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. Cold and unfriendly, always. I've lived upcountry 9 years and have seen some staff come and go but I rarely get a smile or friendly service. Boo.
Clerks are very cold and sometimes nasty. The postmaster here is of no help when problems come up. We have lived Upcountry a long time and avoid this place even though its not that busy. They charged us $25 to send a commercially bought card because it was "lumpy?". Very bad service.
Kula Post office is conveniently located on the highway.
